The trip in short
Two days on Boston's Freedom Trail, then a week at sea along the coasts of Maine and Canada: lobster, lighthouses, and Halifax in Nova Scotia. Back in Boston the car takes you inland, over the Kancamagus Highway through the White Mountains, to Stowe and the autumn colours of Vermont's Green Mountains, and through the Berkshires back to the airport.
