The trip in short
A night in Denver to get used to the altitude, then four ski resorts in two weeks, three nights each, by car from town to town. Breckenridge is an old mining town with five peaks; Vail has its famous Back Bowls; Aspen four mountains and the steep Highland Bowl. Steamboat Springs ends the trip with its champagne powder and hot springs. One of the ski trips; for the deepest snow there is Utah and Jackson Hole, and in summer the Colorado Rockies.
